Hi,
I had a quick question: I am building the facebook page of a nonprofit horse rescue organization. Am I allowed to use a few photos of horses I found on this website? I messaged the user, but thought it's good to ask here as well. Thank you! (Also, if I'm not allowed does it anyone know of a website that does allow that? Appreciate it, thanks!)

That is one of the allowed uses. People who upload images to RGBStock must also comply with the license agreement, so as long as you want to use an image within that license, if you don't get a reply, you can still go ahead. If you wanted to use an image outside the license, and didn't get a reply, then you should not.
Your intended use, as an illustration on Facebook, is fine. And thank you for contacting the gallery owner. We all like to know how our images are being used.
