The tilt-shift effect is very cool. It simulates a shallow depth of field. This makes photos seem less lifelike. People, vehicles and buildings can look like miniature models. Apply the effect to any photo.

This application runs on Adobe air and mobile devices. Works with Mac or Windows. Very easy to use with slider adjustments.
